Re: Attributing Baby Bottle Campaign Cash 2/20/2024 9:21:29 AM   (Total replies: 0)
Hi Jonks, Thank you for posting to the forum. I understand what you are saying and let me explain the solution. Each Church or Business that receives bottles to distribute, would be set up within the Baby Bottle Event as a "Group Captain". Some centers even include the count of bottles being provided to them as part of the group name so they know how many to pick up (it's a great way to keep track of bottle inventory). Then, when bottles are all picked up and you enter the donations ...

Hi hannaruth, Happy New Year to you and your amazing team! Thank you for reaching out to us with feedback, we greatly appreciate it. I've done my best to respond to your 5 suggestions below, but would love a follow up call to discuss/help further. 1.(a.) Suggestion: Prompts to ask if you are sure you want a new case AND a prompt to suggest creating a new visit. (when processing mobile intake forms). Response: This should help... when processing "Returned" forms, if one of the ...

Re: recurring clients 12/14/2016 3:49:49 PM   (Total replies: 2)
Hi Merrym, We do support recurring appointments for Group Classes when you create them through the group class roster. They show up within the Office/Calendar. But if you need to schedule a single client recurring appointments through the scheduler directly (such as for Individual education), you do need to create each appointment for each scheduled day. Conflicts can arise when trying to schedule recurring appointments via a scheduler that are tied to resources. However, we have ...

Hi, I am sorry to hear you are having an issue printing the Health History Form. I cannot reproduce the issue on my end in our Demo site. I am running Windows11 and printed the Health History Form without issue in both GChrome and Edge browsers. Please give us a call and we can troubleshoot further with you directly. Hi Grasshopper, Thank you so much for your feedback. I will present this to our development team for consideration. We are eventually opening up mobile intake forms to custom questions. When that happens, that would allow you to add that to either the contact form or health history form very likely. In the meantime, you might want to track that at the file level using a common unused field. Reach out to your center's designated Account Manager and they can be of some assistance here. ...

Re: Addition to who accompanied client to visit 4/6/2015 12:11:01 PM   (Total replies: 1)
Hi adcantrell, I am glad you are liking the ability to track who accompanied the client to their visit. We added this to support the Care Net yearly statistical report and so CareNet provided the list that we use. According to Jacob Hall with CN, the 'idea was to find out who is influencing clients that are facing a pregnancy decision.' Currently, the results only pull into the CN statistical report. Would tracking children that accompanied be okay within the client file...or would you ...

Re: Document Storage 11/18/2022 8:47:18 AM   (Total replies: 1)
Hi Melguz, Thanks for your post! One other thing to consider before adding more storage is the capacity of the storage remaining. For example, I am happy to look up the date the initial 25GB was added so you can better gage how many years it took to use up the 66%, as it is possible you have years remaining in the 34%. Hope that makes sense and helps. My direct contact info is below. Also, the $114. year for the next 25GB will be prorated based on when you add it to your database. ...

Re: Appointment Scheduling 10/24/2022 5:29:33 PM   (Total replies: 1)
Hi Jacquee, Thank you for posting to the forum and for sharing feature feedback! 1. I don't believe we've had this feedback before, but I am happy to share it with our development team for consideration. Creating and managing appointments are really Office management and scheduler functions, but I will log this request for consideration. Feel free to share with your designated Account Manager if you want to share more specifics on how and why this functionality would be beneficial. ...
