| We recently started using the classes option to register our clients for classes or put them on the wait list. Now, we've had a client notify us that she has had a miscarriage. We want to ensure if she was signed up for any future classes that we don't give her a reminder phone call when that class comes up as it would not longer be appropriate. What is the best way to find if a particular client is registered for future classes?

I was just wondering if there was a way to find out if she was registered for any future classes without going into each class waiting list or each roster as we have multiple classes going on with different sessions throughout the year.

| How do I edit the list of Staff/Volunteers when I am in Scheduler and am making a new appointment? We previously have not used the scheduler, but are transitioning to using it now. There is a list of staff/volunteers listed there that is mostly outdated. How can I remove these names and add our new staff/volunteers?
