Being Aware of Future Classes a Client is Scheduled for When No Longer Appropriate
Posted: 13 Feb 2018 11:01 AM
We recently started using the classes option to register our clients for classes or put them on the wait list. Now, we've had a client notify us that she has had a miscarriage. We want to ensure if she was signed up for any future classes that we don't give her a reminder phone call when that class comes up as it would not longer be appropriate. What is the best way to find if a particular client is registered for future classes?
Thank you!

Hello phcjeffcity,

It's great to hear from you! You would go to Group Classes, left hand side click "Edit Waiting List" and review each waiting list to remove her. Let us know if you have any other questions, have a GREAT day!

Blessings,
Ashleigh

Thank you, Ashleigh! I appreciate your response.
I was just wondering if there was a way to find out if she was registered for any future classes without going into each class waiting list or each roster as we have multiple classes going on with different sessions throughout the year.
Thank you again!

Hi PHCJeffCity,
As of today that is not available however I have added that to our feature request list to be considered for a future update, GREAT feedback!

Blessings,
Ashleigh
