| Is there an iPhone App for eKYROS? We have a new iphone 24 hr number for clients and would love to be able to access eKYROS from an app while on the phone with a client. |

| How do other centers (especially those with multiple sites) handle Earn While You Learn within Ekyros? We keep track of points earned for each class and then points used. Clients are able to accumulate points for larger items such as pack n plays. We also need to be able to see what videos they have watched. Our satellite location is new so we are finding that some clients are going to the different locations depending on where they will be on a certain day. We have always maintained manual ... |

Time Report for new time cards

| In a future update can you add a report that prints the comments? For payroll purposes we still need to know the time clocked in and the time clocked out. I have employees enter their time in the comments. There currently isn't a way to print them though. If we have to fill out time cards and enter time in eKyros it is doubling the entry. I love the new time entry though so I'm not complaining at all. |

Permanent Client Consent for text reminders for EWYL

| We schedule clients out 3 weeks or more for EWYL. Could there be an option in a future update that will carry forward the clients consent for reminder texts? As it stands now, the client consent has to be done on each appt. |

Banquet Sponsors

| Our donors are entered into eKyros as couples. When we add them as sponsors to each group is there a way to enter that only one of them plans to attend the banquet or other event? It makes a huge difference when trying to fill a table. |

Can the Scheduler be used for Staff Calendars?

| We need to be able to track staff schedules--especially for the Executive Director so that all of the staff knows where everyone else is and what they are doing. Is there a way to do that in the Scheduler? |

Old pledges

| There are pledges on my donors that are 2 or more years old. What is the best way to clear these off of my records? Is there a way to "retire" the campaign? |
