Can the Scheduler be used for Staff Calendars?

| We need to be able to track staff schedules--especially for the Executive Director so that all of the staff knows where everyone else is and what they are doing. Is there a way to do that in the Scheduler? |

Thank you for taking the time to contact us! Currently you can utilize, in the scheduler, the Daily Note to specify everyone's schedule for the day. OR if someone is going to be out of office you could create an appointment (assigning no resources and unchecking "This is a client appointment") that the person is gone.
For example:
Subject: Ashleigh is attending Rotary meeting
Time: 1:00 - 2:00 pm
Category: Staff
Does that make sense?

| Could you print a report of one person's schedule using either one of these ways? |

Hi Ccpcbanquet,
If you were to create appointments for each person that would show on the Quick Report (along the left hand side "appointments by staff/volunteer") However the daily note currently does not print, it is for viewing while in the scheduler. Does that help?
