Inventory Report

| We are needing some help. Our year-end is 3-31 and we need totals of items given to our clients.
1. We currently go to Closets/Boutiques on the individual client file and entering the item name and item amount for each of our clients.... what they take out of the Center's inventory.
2. We need the Total of all these items from the Dates of 4-1-05 to 3-31-06
3. There appears to be no tailor-made report for this annual total.

| Referring to the PANM posted by monica 11-2005, I have some questions that will probably relate to the same issues that she had. For example, we would like to run a monthly report that will show us all the clients we have taken through the intake process. We are concerned that some of our clients files may not have been entered before they were taken out of the "pending" file holder. Is there anyway someone could give us a call?

Concepts Shared (engaging Literature button)

| While entering our clients, I experienced the following problem in reference to the above captioned:
I enter down the "field" on a document and had just entered "Concepts Shared" issues discussed with the client and experienced no prob.
When I pushed button for "literature", the field froze up and I was unable to enter anything. I tried this several times before shutting down the computer, but this did not help.
So... has anyone experienced this problem? Do you see anything that I ... |

| Thank you for your response date 8-16-05 @5:23pm. According to your instructions, please see the following steps I followed today and experienced the same problem as described in my initial email to you:
Step 1) Date of Visit box... used my mouse to post correct visit date.
Step 2) question 1...Volunteer box... used my mouse to push drop down box for this field... choose correct volunteer.
Step 3) question 2...used my mouse to push drop down box... chose individual

| We have entered several girls into our computer that have had abortions and when we run a report of these there are none. I have checked everything that I know to check, and they are still not showing up. Here are some names that you can look at to make sure that we are doing this right:

| I tried this and it still doesn't work. The correct outcomes have been entered, but the report will not bring them up when I run it.

| We were wondering what would happen if for some reason the entire ekyros system shut down. Is all of our information backed up and saved somewhere, or would all of our information be lost?

Abortion Vulnerable

| We were wondering if there is any report that we can run to see how many abortion vulnerable clients we have. We see and check the box at the top of the clients information that says "client is abortion vulenrable" but we cannot find a report to run that lets us see how many we have or who they are. We would like to be able to run a report with this information one or two times a week. Thanks.

*Reports
*Client File Follow-up
*Report Options
*2005 (my choice)
*Specific Volunteer Name
*Status (choices are "complete" & "incomplete")
We are trying to determine if there is a way to provide follow-up reports for our volunteers with the active clients names only on the report. How does a file get marked "complete" ... |
