Adding Resources 10/23/2018 2:13:45 PM   (Total replies: 1)
Hi, we are having trouble with one of our advocates adding appointment resources without approval of staff. This lead to a discussion on how it would be nice to have certain features lead or not lead into different functions. I understand there are some roles already but it would be nice to limited some things. Like I am a Director, wants access to assigning roles and passwords etc, but not access to donor management. My advocates, nice to let them have access to Client Management but they ...

Re: Several Feature Requests/Suggestions 8/22/2018 8:37:48 AM   (Total replies: 1)
I would like to weigh in on abuckner's suggestions! I think that the top two suggestions are great ideas. We started having a problem with persons that were making appointments, somebody else looks at it, closes it and then we can't track who ever made the original appointment. we even started putting in comments who made appointment, so we can track issues. For our program people, it would be nice to enter thier due date for tracking purposes. Sometimes, they have not had a pregnancy ...

Suggestions 8/6/2018 8:12:59 AM   (Total replies: 1)
I would like to make some suggestions to add to the assessments. Under the pregnancy test LMP, a approximate button might be nice, or even a unknown. Under same assessment. Selection for none under Birth control. Under the health history, change the writer from plugging in the name of the person that triggers case. We have volunteers that enter case information,a lot of times. I think that it should be a nurse putting in that history. And under sonogram report. What is the ...

Re: ultrasound reader 12/15/2017 9:47:28 AM   (Total replies: 0)
We are lucky! we have a radiologist that reads them for free! Our medical director talked him in to it years ago! Blessed!

Our center got lucky and the Knights of Columbus got us a new machine. They gave us a Esaote. Very nice. Easy to use. not necessarily meant for OBGYN but still very easy to use. We also have a old GE loqic e. It is very complicated.

Tracking EDD for Program Clients 8/22/2017 9:07:05 AM   (Total replies: 1)
Hello, with the new updates (which I like) I would like to make a suggestion. The program director and I were talking today that it would be nice to have the EDD under Medical History if it was not given by our center instead of under Pregnancy Test with POP by another Provider. Then it would be nice if that was the default that if Pregnancy test and Ultrasound EDD did not get entered the EDD by another provider under Medical History would show up under case list so when we run reports for ...

Focus on Family Report 9/3/2015 12:07:25 PM   (Total replies: 1)
Hi, I wish more people would look at the Forum! Great place to look for some help with CPC issues! I just filled out the Focus on Family Report for our center and the FOF report for ekyros is not the same as the numbers that FOF uses on their data website. Close but I don't think that it is the same numbers. It's ok but it is confusing and takes me a little bit longer to make sure I get it right. Karen Jones

Re: TB testing 6/18/2013 6:57:58 AM   (Total replies: 0)
The hospital that I also work for, with the blessing of the state of Indiana, is not doing annual TB testing. We are screening employees annually around flu season/shot time. If they are symptomatic or high risk they will be testing. Now having said that, we are considering that at our center because TB is expensive.

Using Non Nurses for pregnancy tests. 11/21/2014 11:56:51 AM   (Total replies: 1)
I have at time faced not having enough nurse volunteers to work at our centers. I have had EMTs, QMAs and Nurse Aids want to help. My doctor and I are willing to sign off on them to do pregnancy tests. We plan on giving them training on doing the UPTs just like the nurses. I would like to know what other centers are doing to stretch non licensed staff in nursing shortages? Please any help? Karen Jones
