We just installed Office 2003 and we can't not log on to the database now from these computers. The message from your site is, we need to install Internet Explorer 5 or 5.5. We have Internet Explorer 6 version.
Can you help with this?
Thanks, Cindy

Hi Cindy,

That's interesting because we all run Internet Explorer 6.0 and Office 2003 here at eKYROS.com. You may need to check your security settings in IE and make sure they are not set to the highest level. CenterPiece requires cookies and will not allow you to logon if cookies are disabled. I believe the highest security setting in IE disables cookies. To check your security settings in IE, do the following:

In IE go to Tools/ Internet Options
Click the security tab
make the security level is set to Medium.

let me know if that helps.

I was able to get into the site from your email. Hmmm.
We have the security set at medium.
Note: the Internet Explore stie has huge font size now. You cannot do much on the site because you can't function around the 4 and 5 inch letters.
I use Mozilla Firefox for internet viewing just to read the websites.
Any ideas?

In Internet Explorer, try setting the text size to medium. Here's how:

In IE, go to View/Text Size.
Select Medium

Hopefully that will fix the larger IE fonts on eKYROS.com.

Firefox. fyi...Firefox should work fine viewing the "public" ekyros.com website. However, CenterPiece does not support firefox due to additional testing it would require from our develolpment team. I hope that is okay.
