Case Visit Statistics

| Is there a report or statistic that allows us to group who accompanies clients to their visit? For example, we'd love to know how many boyfriends vs moms vs friends are coming with patients for their pregnancy tests. We'd also like to know how many boyfriends vs friends, etc are coming to the clients' support classes. It asks this question on the case visit, but I can't find a report to run. We'd like to be able to run this. |
