Client Births Report

I'm trying to determine the number of positive PT clients who gave birth and the names of their children. It looks like using the Client Births Report may not be the best option as it pulled many more names of children than clients who had a positive test.
Any suggestions on how to obtain the information I'm looking for?

Hi melguz! Thank you for reaching out to us. The Client Birth Reports should work if you are 1)entering an outcome for the client and 2) adding a Children form and tying it to the case. If you are not running the report for Certain Birth Date Ranges, the report will pull all clients into report that have an outcome whether there is a children form or not. Hope this helps explain. I don't have another report that would pull your PT clients and the names of the children.

| Is there any work around to find this information? I did put a range of dates, but since we provide other services, there is often a child form tied to cases that aren't necessarily pregnancy test related. Thank you! |

Hello melguz. Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, we do not have any work around to get this information from a report. The Client Births Report is intended to track outcomes of a pregnancy and tie the child to the case. Because you are tying children already born to a client to a case it makes this report not able to pull the data the way it was intended.
You could try to pull a Client Case Statistic report by Time of Date of Outcome Recorded and Demographic of Outcome to get a list of clients that gave birth and then compare it to the Client Births Report and build your list from that. Just a suggestion it would take a little work.
