eKYROS is growing and we are looking for an enthusiastic, tech-savvy, pro-Life “go-getter” who is excited to grow with us!
SUMMARY:
eKYROS supports and promotes Pro-Life, Christ-centered Pregnancy Resource Centers and Clinics through our web-based software solution CenterPiece™. We are actively seeking to add a new team member who has previous experience using CenterPiece™ at a Pregnancy Resource Center or Clinic. Having 2+ years of demonstrated hands on proficiency using key features of CenterPiece™ is a plus; as is any additional experience in Health IT, sonography, digital marketing and social media.
POSITION: CenterPiece™ Account Manager
TYPE: Full-time, salaried
LOCATION: Works remotely/virtually from home. Some occasional travel is required
REQUIREMENTS: Secure high-speed internet, a quiet home environment. All computer equipment will be provided by eKYROS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
An Account Manager’s primary responsibility is serving centers and clinics in a technical support, service, and consulting role. This includes providing initial and ongoing training in your territory to promote efficient use of our software. As well as answering and/or returning daily inbound calls and emails requesting technical support, account support, or sales and product information. Provides proper documentation of all center/clinic communications to maintain account records, including product feedback, feature requests, and any concerns.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:- Minimum 3+ years working or volunteering at a Pro-Life Pregnancy Center or Clinic
- Proven proficiency using CenterPiece™
- College degree, or equivalent professional work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical aptitude and computer skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office Products including MS Word, MS Excel
- Willingness to consult on centers needs and prioritize feedback and requests
- Takes a proactive approach to problem solving demonstrating the ability to be resourceful
- Has a passion to serve the ministry and centers with a desire to advocate on their behalf
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be self-motivated and manage time well
- A team player who demonstrates enthusiasm in working together toward company objectives
- Obstetrical Nursing or sonography experience a plus
- Additional experience and proficiencies in any of the following: Outlook, QuickBooks, MS Publisher, MS Powerpoint, Camtasia, Facebook, Constant Contact, are also a plus
