Donor Mailing Labels

I have donors in the database that will no longer be giving for various reasons. I have marked that it is "not ok to contact", I have made them "inactive", I have marked "Hold Mail." Yet, when I try to print address labels for mailings, they still show up on the list. I don't want to delete them in order to keep the historical information, but I do not like them continuing to show up on the mailing lists.
BTW, when I run my report lists, I do filter out hold mail and inactive.

Hi Pam,
It's great to hear from you! When you are filtering out your reports be sure to select "HoldMail: No" and if it is checked "Hold Mail" on the file it will filter those out. If you are having issues please reach out to your Account Manager so we can further troubleshoot with you.

Thanks so much for the quick reply, Ashleigh! You know how when you ask someone for help, you find your mistake as you ask (or in this case hit the send button). I found my error almost immediately. It's great to know that you are there when I need help!
