| I need to know how many of our correspondence was phone calls or emails. I don't know where to find this information. |

Hello MaryF,
It's great to hear from you! As of today we do not have a correspondence statistic that breaks category on the correspondence form. You are able to see how many forms were sent out however you are correct you cannot see the category "phone call" "mailing" etc.
