Client Reports

I would like to be able to pull a list of clients who have visited us within specific dates that includes phone numbers and addresses.
Is that a report? |

Hi scpcljculler,
It's great to hear from you! I believe the best option for you would be to run the Unique Clients Served by Center Report. When you first open the report you can change the "View" to "List" and then enter your date range and View Report. This will provide you a non-duplicated list of every client who had a visit within the date range as well as their contact information.

In addition to Ashleigh's great recommendation, you can also run Client Visit Statistics (under Client Management/Statistics). There you can drill down on a total and check the box "show contact information" and export to excel.
