Case Visit Primary Reason - Disabled Options are Visible Posted: 24 Apr 2017 10:27 AM |
I am having an issue with our Case Visit form. When we got to select the primary reason for this visit, all of the options, including those that have been disabled, are able to be selected. I've reviewed the list to ensure that the options are correctly enabled and disabled, but they still are able to be chosen.
Any suggestions?
Thanks, |

Happy Monday abuckner! Thanks for contacting us. When you edit the list, after you check enable/disable please be sure to select UPDATE before closing. It sounds like that is the only step you are missing to have the item be disabled.
Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact your Account Manager directly for further assistance.
Have a beautiful day!

Hi Abuckner!
It's great to hear from you, the disabled items will *not* display when you are entering a NEW case visit form. They will display when you are editing an *existing* (saved) case visit form. Let me know if that addresses your question, have a GREAT day!
Blessings,
Ashleigh |

Re: Mobile Intake "For office Use" content Posted: 24 Sep 2023 04:03 PM |
Hello- along the lines of the previous question, is it possible to remove the "Office Use " questions in MI standard forms? Some pertain to clients religious beliefs and we have had comments from clients that they find this inappropriate. Thanks!! |

Hello Grasshopper,
When creating/editing Intake Forms under Mobile Intake you are able to show/hide any questions. You would be able to hide the questions on Mobile Intake that the client completes however still see them in the Intake Quick Form as the staff/volunteer when reviewing and processing said forms and adding your portion of data entry.
Blessings,

Re: Mobile Intake form missing when forms returned Posted: 01 Feb 2024 04:20 PM |
Hello, Ashleigh! For the last 2 weeks, one page of a two page consent form has not been included in returned forms. The form is seen when sent and clients see both pages when they sign but we do not have the first page. We deleted and added the form again but the problem persists. We have not changed any of our processes. The form has been there since 2022. Please advise. Many thanks for your time and kind assistance!
