Scheduler Request
Posted: 20 Mar 2017 08:25 AM
Is there anyway to make the Scheduler system look a bit more like google or outlook calendar, specifically in the area of time blocks. For example, if we know a particular client's appointment will be long, it would be nice to have the entire time blocked out on the scheduler for that resource so that others don't add an appointment to the system - This would also be helpful when reserving classrooms or other resources in the building so that we all know that the main classroom will not be available from 12 pm through 3 pm today, etc. Is that possible for a future update?

Thanks so much

Good Morning abuckner and thank you for the suggestion on the scheduler. (revised)
I see where a method of having the ability to block off multiple time slots would be very helpful. We actually do have that functionality now actually. You would simply check off those time slots in the bottom box. You can actually even go in and select multiple rooms in the same area. Should you have any questions about the work flow if this, please feel free to call on your Account Manager.

Have a beautiful day!

Thank you. This is a bit cumbersome for some of the volunteers to be able to remember how many slots to block off. Is there a way to automatically do this when we set up the appointment length, so that when you schedule the appointment, the resource is booked for the entire time?

I guess I was hoping the system would do it automatically, similar to outlook and google.

Thanks again!
