| Can you please add "Daughter," "Son," and "Children" to the selection of "Who accompanied" question on the Case Visit screen? Thanks. |

Hi Sandym,
It's great to hear from you! The purpose of "who accompanied the client" is to discern the "supporting person(s)" who came along with the client. This is based on CareNet's required list. My suggestion would be to utilize the "other" option. A workaround option would be to create, in the Concepts Shared Form, an item titled "Accompanied on visit: Children/Son/Daughter" so you can pull statistics based on that data. Does that make sense?
