Adding New Appointment in Client File

We love using the Scheduler to track our client appointments and plan our day. We also like that the status shows up in the clients files so we can see if it is upcoming, a show, rescheduled, etc.

The only thing that would make this better is if we could add a new appointment from the client file so we did not have to go back out to the office tab.

I believe I asked about this several years ago. But did not know if this might be possible now. This is just a suggestion to improve the program even more.

You all do a great job with maintaining the program and meeting our needs as we track our clients and supporters. Love that you make changes as Care Net changes their reporting requirements! That is such a huge help!

Hi adcantrell,

Thank you for the kind words. We do our best to make changes that will benefit all of our centers in a timely manner. We haven't yet added the capability to schedule an appointment right from the client file, but I appreciate you letting us know that it will still be quite useful to you.

Blessings,

Amy

I also meant to suggest that all appointments for the center show up on the office page under appointments. It would be great to get a quick view of the day's schedule.

When we look on the office tab main page, it does not show any appointments. The staff/volunteer used for the appointment for us is who made the appointment. I assume it does not show on the main screen because the account does not match the staff/volunteer name. I assume this may be set up to show personal appointments for staff and volunteers. We have 3 accounts - mine as the director, one for the counselors and one for the receptionists. Each account gives access to different aspects of the program. But no one other than myself will actually log on to a personal account.

Also, the schedule tends to open to the last day or week that it was used verses the current date. So we have to refresh or select the correct date.

Both of these are very minor issues, but just a suggestion for improvement.

I think that's all the suggestions I have for one day!! LOL! Thanks!

Hi Angie,

I'm so glad you're sharing your suggestions with us today!SmileyIt's great to hear what makes things easier for you guys. I don't know that the schedule that's displayed on the main Office page will change. It does display the tasks for the person logged in, and we have many centers that have user accounts for each individual person and like seeing the days "to do list" kind of for each person logged in.

One quick tip is that if you log in and the Scheduler is on the same day it was when you logged off (which it always should be), you can select the "Today" link next to the calendar to quickly get to today's date without having to open up the calendar and select it. I don't know about you, but I can rarely remember what the date is, especially at the beginning of the day!

Blessings to you,

Amy

It makes sense for the individual to see their to do list for the day. I had a feeling that it was set up that way for that reason.

Love the "today" link and use it regularly!

Thanks again for your patience with me as I share my suggestions! Ekyros has a great team! Love that we have such a great support team with you all! You truly make our jobs easier!

Hi Angie,

Thanks, we so appreciate having a conversation about feedback and we are likely and aren't as likely to implement based on the collective feedback we receive from all of our centers. You are a blessing to us.

Kind Regards,

Amy
