Does anyone know if I can or how to print only the most current note entered in the client's file? |

Hi Karen,
If you print the "File Summary Report" for the client you can select to just print notes. The notes will be ordered by date so you can see the latest notes that were entered.
In order to print the "File Summary Report", click on Client Management and then search for your client. Once you click on his/her name, you will see a link in the upper right hand corner that says: "File Summary Report". Click this link and you will be able to run the report.
Please let me know if that helps. Thank you!

I know how to print the notes. I print them each time the client comes in but I think it is a waste to print the old notes over and over. It's a waste of ink and paper. Can't I print just the new one? |

Oh, I see. Okay - after you run the report there are three print options: Printer Friendly, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel. I would just open the report in Microsoft Word, delete the old notes, and print out the latest ones. Will that help? |

Hi Karen,
Another option is to just select the text of the note and print the selection from within IE. Try following these steps:
1. in the note list, select the note text under the description column by holding the left mouse key down and dragging over the text. The text will be highlighted.
2. right click anywhere within the highlighted text and select the print option from the context menu. The print dialog opens.
3. in the print dialog, under the "Print Range" section, select "Selection".
4. click print.
that should just print the highlighted note text. please let me know if you have any additional questions.
