Inactive and closed client files

We haven't been closing cases or inactivating clients. Is it necessary to do either of those?

Karole-
These are tools to better help you and your center. It is completely up to you and your center to utilize them. As you pull client files reports it does give you the option to exclude the inactive clients if you were to do a mailing or something to that effect, but again is COMPLETELY up to you.

Is there a way to run a report showing the last date of activity for each client?

Hi Sandym,
It's great to hear from you. As of today there is not a report that displays "date of last activity" how would your center utilize this report? What would you want the last "activity" based on? I would like to better understand how this can assist you and your center so I can add it to our feature request list. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
