Reporting on keywords
Posted: 14 Jun 2007 12:51 PM
We use the keyword section of the general client file to note our office client number which is not the same as the ekyros auto number. Is it possible, when pulling up the Pregnancy Test Follow Up" report for example, to have it pull the keywords as well? At this point I am manually going into each file to get the keyword and adding it the excel spreadsheet I export the report into... is there an easier way??

Thanks for all your help!

Hi Christi,

The Keywords field was designed to provide another way to search for a client file. Can you give us more info on how you use the Keywords for your reporting, like on the Pregnancy Test Follow-up? Are you using the keywords instead of the first and last name on the report? If we can understand how you're using this info, maybe we can help come up with a solution for you.

Thanks so much for your feedback!

In Him,

Sarah Miller

Our paper files are filed in order of client number (the number stored in the keyword field). To aid our counselors in follow-up, I run the pregnancy test follow-up report for each month in order to pull those files. Because those paper files are in number order (not alpha by name or by the ekyros file number), I need to have the client number (keyword) to find the file. It would make things easier to have that keyword number print on the report so that I don't have to go into each individual ekyros file to find the paper file number. Does that make sense? Sorry if I'm confusing you.

Yep, this makes perfect sense now, and I totally understand what you're saying. :)

Thanks for giving us this feedback. Our team will discuss the possibility of adding this feature in an upcoming enhancement.

Blessings to you today!

Ashleighg,

How do I access this new version of the Client Files Report? Our system says that it is only good for:

"Client Files Report -- Use this list to print folder labels and/or address labels . . . "

and Keywords is neither an option nor a column.

I need to create a Client Statistics report that offers either a Keywords column or a Keywords Demographic.

Any input into how I can do this would be tremendously helpful!

Blessings,
SWMartin

Hi SWMartin,

You will want to run the Client Files Report as is and the last column is "Keywords" there is not a way to search, in the Client Files Report, based on Keyword but it does print it with Keywords (the last column). Does that make sense?

Blessings,
Ashleigh
