1.system freezing up

Our Centers are all having periodic difficulties successfully entering data on the form that includes "concepts shared". In my particular case, once entering the concepts shared, thepage displays the choices I have entered, but I am unable to access anything on the screen except the X to close down the program. It doesn't happen ALL the time, just enough to test my patience and cause me to write this to you!! Please advise.
