1.STD clinic
Posted by medrn on 10/10/2006 3:58:56 PM
We are having a one day STD clinic geared to teenagers this Sat. We will be testing on the 14th, treatment and follow up will be on the 28th. Is there a way to keep the Sat clinic clients seperate from the rest of our clients for statistics? We wrote a grant for this clinic and really need the stats seperate.

Thank you,
Georgia

Thanks and the update is AWESOME!!!

We close our files when the baby is 6 weeks old but the client can remain active until the baby is 2. Would her file be considered "active?" Thank you and I hope and pray that you have a Merry CHRISTmas and Blessed New Year!

We assign our clients a number when they come in, for example: a client that came in as our first client of January 2005 would be assigned the ID # 05001. 05 represents the yr and 001 represents number of client for that year. The next client would be assigned 05002, 05003, etc... I noticed that ekyros assigns a number but staff and volunteers are included. Is this change a problem for others or not. I know change is hard but some of our staff are having a ...
