Hi Jonks,

Each Church or Business that receives bottles to distribute, would be set up within the Baby Bottle Event as a "Group Captain". Some centers even include the count of bottles being provided to them as part of the group name so they know how many to pick up (it's a great way to keep track of bottle inventory).

Hi Merrym,

We do support recurring appointments for Group Classes when you create them through the group class roster. They show up within the Office/Calendar.

But if you need to schedule a single client recurring appointments through the scheduler directly (such as for Individual education), you do need to create each appointment for each scheduled day.

Hi, I am sorry to hear you are having an issue printing the Health History Form. I cannot reproduce the issue on my end in our Demo site. I am running Windows11 and printed the Health History Form without issue in both GChrome and Edge browsers. Please give us a call and we can troubleshoot further with you directly.

Thank you so much for your feedback. I will present this to our development team for consideration. We are eventually opening up mobile intake forms to custom questions. When that happens, that would allow you to add that to either the contact form or health history form very likely.

I am glad you are liking the ability to track who accompanied the client to their visit. We added this to support the Care Net yearly statistical report and so CareNet provided the list that we use. According to Jacob Hall with CN, the 'idea was to find out who is influencing clients that are facing a pregnancy decision.' Currently, the results only pull into the CN statistical report.

Would tracking children that accompanied be okay ...

Thanks for your post! One other thing to consider before adding more storage is the capacity of the storage remaining. For example, I am happy to look up the date the initial 25GB was added so you can better gage how many years it took to use up the 66%, as it is possible you have years remaining in the 34%. Thank you for posting your question to the forums. When you do a download, the Walk Captains will just download as "registrations" and show no gift was attached. You have the ability to create a Donor file with their contact information (only if it doesn't already exist) with a single click. Otherwise, there is a button that will remove or void all $0 transactions (registrations) in a click after adding any needed files.

All reports let you resort the list by various column headers. Based on the info you provided above, it seems that your center has a Donor category set up of "monthly Donor" you are filtering by? It is a set list that can't be edited by design because it allows classes both individual and group, as well as counseling topics (regardless of their custom name) to pull into affiliate reporting by "program" (theme or topic) they most closely associate with.

It is commonplace that during most all visits to a center, a client will receive multiple services such as in your example. For certain services that take place with different team members (staff/vol), you may want to add them to your scheduler as separate appointments. A client can have multiple appointments for different services in a day.

The easiest way to get that is to run appt. stats. Here are the steps:
Client>statistics in sub menu>select Appointment Statistics 'Run Report'>set date range>in the first Demographic dropdown select "Method">click "Run Report". This will break out your appointments by scheduled or Walk-in.

When running a Batch Receipt for a single Donor if the Donor's File Status is set to InActive they will not come up in the Donor drop down list. I think this should be your issue and why you are experiencing some Donor's not showing in the list.

You are correct, Stewardship Technology doesn't send us the Refunds (into the Refund tab of the Online Giving Connector) like some of the other payment processors provide.

It is convenient to be able to reconcile the refunds while still in the Register by seeing if the gift had been posted to the file and then having the ability to "reconcile" which deletes it from the Donor file while you are able to keep ...

We will be adding the Health History form to statistics. The first question on the health history, are you in prenatal care? will be one of the demographics you can select which will populate totals of yes and no allowing you to "drill down" on the number by date range of those for "yes" or "no" to get the list of clients that make up each number.

As a popular alternative, without a ReminderCall account you can let clients know when they arrive that you have the ability for them to check-in and complete their paperwork from "their own mobile device" (even your walk-ins). Do you happen to be bringing your WALK Event giving into CenterPiece through our online giving connector from MinistrySync? The reason I ask is you can map receipt comments when you download each batch and we pull the "walkers name" into the comments line for each donation. Therefore, each Donation receipt would include the donation amount, payment type, Event name, and the name of the walker that was being sponsored.

The top portion of the statement is preformatted for a standard #9 double window envelope, However, once you export your statements to MSWord you can set "Custom Margins" and just adjust your top margin only to increase the distance from the top. You might have to print a couple tests of page 1 until you get it to fit perfect for your specific envelope. This will allow you to use up the stock of what you have.

There isn't a way to be automatically alerted when a donation is added which results in one of your Donors reaching one or your giving milestones (interesting idea though) but there is a fairly easy way you could monitor this monthly. Here's an idea of one way I would locate these Donors on a monthly basis:

Run your Batch Receipt Report with the date range set to 1/1/2007-today (as you indicated that is how far back your donor giving goes). ...
