1.marital status - for deceased

Regarding marital status of the parents, there is no option that applies to both parents having been deceased. Widowed only makes sense if one is still alive. Or maybe I have it wrong.
Maybe an "N/A - both deceased" option would work.
Please address.

2.Spelling error

Question five on the Initial visit form has a misspelled word: where instead of were.

"5. How old where you when you became sexually active? ________ "

When I try to enter a correspondence activity into a client file I get the following error: "Value was either too large or too small for a signed byte."

5.Client I.D. numbers

We use a numbering system for our client I.D.'s. Could you please add a field on the client forms where we could add our own client # for search/reference purposes? Thank you.

7.Address Book Upload Tool

We have a large number of donor contacts stored in our MS Outlook address book. I would like to be able to import those contacts to the donor database. We can export the address book in comma separated, tab separated, Excel, .pst, etc. formats. MS Hotmail, Gmail (Google E-mail), and many other online E-mail programs use this address book upload feature to build their address books in one fell swoop.
