Upload and store images and documents to your Client, Donor and Staff files. All files are stored and easily accessible under the "docs" tab within each file.

Documents are secured at rest using AES-256 bit encryption meeting HIPAA PHI compliance regulations.

Upload your sonogram scans and cine clips to the client’s sonogram form. The sonogram form is ready for approval and sign-off by the Medical Director once you attach scans. Once the sonogram is signed, a Limited Ultrasound report is available for download.

Document Storage Retention

The Document Storage Retention setting allows centers to define the number of days (from 0 to 30) documents are retained in the center's storage account before they are permanently removed. This feature allows time to recover documents that were accidently deleted.
