Hi Melguz, One other note, Microsoft Edge also recently updated which does not display TIF image types. Google Chrome does not display TIF image types either. If your sonogram machine's output is file type TIF this wouldn't be viewable in either browser. We also recommend using the file type JPEG/JPG for sonogram images as they are viewable on all browsers as well as taking up the least amount of space in document storage. Blessings, Ashleigh

Hello Skynet, Thank you for reaching out! Currently the only email capability is to send Donation Statements. You can however export your list to Excel and copy/paste into the BCC of an already created email. Once exported to Microsoft Excel you could also filter the data by city/postal code. Please reach out to your Account Manager if you'd like to talk about this in more detail. Blessings, Ashleigh

Hi Cjkinnas, Yes, absolutely! You can run the Top Donors Report, for your desired date range, and select "compute by: percent" and this will give you ALL donors for the date range which includes their contact information as well as a column for "Soft Credit Amount" which you are able to sort by. Please let us know if you have any other questions, have a GREAT day! Blessings, Ashleigh

Re: Appts matching case visits 8/14/2020 4:59:24 PM   (Total replies: 1)
Hello Melguz, Thank you for reaching out! This sounds like a training issue that needs to be addressed with staff to ensure they properly utilize the intake quick form for every visit/data entry. To audit during this learning curve my suggestion would be to run the Appointment Visits Statistic by Status, click on the total for Show, you can then run the Client Visit Statistics and click on the total and finally compare the 2 lists to ensure everyone who had an appointment with the status of ...

Hi Laura, Thank you for reaching out, I hope all is well with your staff during this surreal time! I agree with Brian, it sounds like you have a value entered in the Advanced search filter(s). Under the search where (where you can enter File ID, LastName/Organization, etc.) there is likely a yellow bar with the option to "Clear Filter" click this and it will reset all search fields to blank allowing you to search fresh. You want to click "Clear Filter" before each search. Please give us a ...
