Hi Tracy,

In a future version, we will be adding a Donations statistics report that will show donation totals by event and by month. You will also be able to drill down on the monthly totals to view donor details. Drill down will work similar to the statistics in Client Management. Does this sound like it is what you need?

For now, try exporting the results from the Donations report to excel and sum on the amount column to get a total for the period you ...

we will look into enhancing the statistics so you can "drill-down" on the month column in the statistics to view the weekly and daily totals. i can't commit on a release date, by just want you to know it is something we are working on.

Hi ccpcbanquet,

Can you help us understand what workflows you would like the iPhone app to support? Due to the small form factor, it is tough to get all of CenterPiece working on a phone. However, we are open to supporting certain scenarios that make sense. Any input would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Hi Angie!

Our goal is to continue to enhance CenterPiece so that viewing information works well on a iPhone. We do have plans to enhance the view of client, donor and staff files. This is an ongoing work in progress. Just keep in mind, due to small form factor, iPhone will never give you a great *data entry* experience that you get today when using tablet, laptop of desktop. It's just a trade-off. Hope that makes sense.

Unfortunately we have no knowledge of your email system and therefore cannot help you. You'll need to contact live.com for support. They should be able to provide you with everything you need

As an alternative, we recommend you setup a SendGrid email account. This is the easiest way to add email integration in CenterPiece.

Glad Mobile Intake is working well for you. However, I'm not sure i understand your question. Why do clients need their file numbers? This number identifies an individual in your system and is considered PHI. You shouldn't sent or share PHI over unencrypted communication like SMS Text.

Hello NurseNelson!

Try running the Case Status report and sort by Case# in descending order. (Click the case# column). All clients with Case Number > 1 have multiple cases.

You can also export to excel to de-duplicate the list. If you're not sure how to do that, please call your account manager. They call walk you through that step.

Yes, you should see an announcement regarding a release date within the next week or two. Sorry for the delay, but we've made several enhancements based on customer feedback over the last 2-3 months. Yes, it will be part of the CareNet 2021 Report to be released on Monday. (new question #28)
We're also working on a pretty large statistics update that we hope to release towards the end of the month. It will be included as a new Demographic measure in the Case Visit Statistics.

all unsigned sonograms aren't submitted for review until you attached scans and/or a machine report (pdf). all signed sonograms are displayed under the Medical tab of the client's chart. you can also download the reports under the Signed tab of the Physician Sign-off page.

It appears you're hitting the enter key to apply the filter. Try clicking the Refresh button with the mouse. let me know if that works. It appears there is a small bug on the search screen where the default button is the delete key on the first record in the grid.

We've received a number of reports from customers using eGiving having a similar problem. It appears eGiving changed something on their end that has broken our connector. This usually happens when they upgrade their API, but unfortunately they have not notified us of any changes.

We're attempting to contact them today, but it's difficult as their support isn't that great...taking a long time to get back to us. I suggest you call them ...

It looks like they shut off their API. When our connector tries to call their API, we get an HTTP 404 page not found error. Yikes!

When setting up email for SMTP Server:

[API User/Key]=Email Account
[API Secret]=Email Password
[Default Email]=Same as Email Account.

Can you please provide the exact steps you complete to "close the file" resulting in the error? including the screen you start on, and/or the name of the dialog you are in when the error occurs?

Please click the Clear Filter button (in the yellow bar). Then try searching again. It appears you have additional criteria set that's resulting in 0 records found.

Kiosk mode requires an additional level of security on the tablet (since it's shared). You should *not* use qr code. Please see the "About Mobile Intake Application" in the online help for details using kiosk mode. Hope that helps!

Dear adcantrell,

The primary goal of the mobile forms is to help you go paperless. Once the forms are returned, you review the data in the Quick Form by clicking the "Start Intake" button (don't forget to select a case to apply the forms to).

So your workflow should be...

1-Center send forms to client
2-Client completes and returns forms via Mobile Intake application.
3-Under Office/Mobile Intake inbox, expand row ...

The Mobile Intake app is designed for phones and ipads. the screen should not be cut off. Are you sure your in the Mobile Intake app?

Hi Laura,

It's best to call us and give us more details. We can also lookup the name(s) in your database to ensure there are no spaces. We have seen issues where there is an apostrophe in the client's name and the default character on iPhone is different than the character on windows and android devices. Any chance they have an apostrophe in their name?
