Portal for Spanish speaking client

Hi, I see in the online help that the portal supports Spanish speaking clients. However when I have used it with a test client, only the texts sent were in Spanish. When I click on the link provided the portal is in English with a drop down at top to change to Spanish. I am concerned our clients are not very tech savvy and will not know to look for this. Can it be set to default to Spanish if that is entered as the primary language? Thanks |
