Referral Form

Brian,
When I have used the referral form the past two days it does not let me complete the process. A message comes up in red and says... INSERT statement conflicted with COLUMN FOREIGN KEY constraint 'FK_tblReferralsDetail_tblReferralsList1'. The conflict occured in database 'CenterPiece50", table 'tblReferralsList', column 'ReferrallD'. The statement has been terminated. I have used the Referral form before with no problems, but maybe I'm doing something incorrectly. Could you let me know? Also could we possibly have a box for "other". Then we can list in the comment section what "other" is specifically. At our center we refer alot to GED classes. It will not allow you to list something in the comment area without choosing a referral and GED does not fall into any of the preset catagories.

Wow, you are on a roll. That's 2 bugs you've found! Thanks so much. I just posted a fix. You should now be able to add referrals. Again, sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. |
