Portal for Spanish speaking client

Hi, I see in the online help that the portal supports Spanish speaking clients. However when I have used it with a test client, only the texts sent were in Spanish. When I click on the link provided the portal is in English with a drop down at top to change to Spanish. I am concerned our clients are not very tech savvy and will not know to look for this. Can it be set to default to Spanish if that is entered as the primary language? Thanks

Hey LisaRN!

The portal app will read the culture settings on the client's browser. if their culture setting is Spanish, it will default to Spanish language. You have to manually change it because your browser's culture setting is English. hope that makes sense.

Hi LisaRN72,

I just want to make sure you realize that when you queue up their forms on the Form Request you at the center would specify to send them in Spanish. That way everything is send in Spanish and the Client doesn't have to know to use the dropdown and change it. Also, if it is a return client and the primary language in their file is Spanish and you go to queue up a form request it will automatically default to send them in Spanish.

When testing, open a Form Request like you are going to select forms to send and see just above the forms you select you can specify Spanish. Again, for repeat clients with Spanish as Primary Language it will default there to Spanish. Also, like Brian mentioned if their phone is set to Spanish as their primary language that app would pick that up and convert them to Spanish.
