Profession of Faith: on their own

Sarah-
I have a weird question...that you probably have a quick answer for :). I have a client who we've been assisting since 9-26-07. Client stated when in for a visit on 1-22-08 that she accepted Christ on 11-27-07.... would I record this on her case stats or not because she didn't pray here or with a specific person... Let me know your thoughts you are appreciated.

Sincerely,
Ashleigh

Hi again sweet Ashleigh!

Since this client did not make a profession of faith at YOUR center, I would defintiely *not* mark her spiritual status as "profession of faith." Instead I would update her spiritual status to "Already a Believer." And I WOULD enter the date of 11-27-07 in the field of "Date Client Accepted Jesus." This way you can track the date when this happened, but it will not skew any of your spiritual status statistics.

Hope that all makes sense. :)

Blessings to you!

Sarah
