We are just getting ready to start using this feature for our Walk for Life. My question is about duplicates. If I manually enter Walk Captains and then download the data from Ministry Sync will it duplicate to Captain data?

Does making a donor inactive give the same result as deleting a donor, for billing purposes?
Also, is billing for donor and client records combined? And what about making a client file inactive? How does that affect billing.

I get the following error when deleting long ago staff.
The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "FK_tblIntake_tblDirectoryStaffVol". The conflict occurred in database "CenterPiece70", table "dbo.tblIntake". The statement has been terminated. |

ok - makes sense
how about a former staff that won't delete because it states that the record has a followup associated with it. I can not locate such a followup item? |

Thanks for the quick response. But I need client names and what assistance they receive. This report just gives me stats. - oh I see, but I can click on the stat number and then it list client names.

I was updating client files and stepped away, when I returned, I no longer can search for clients. I can enter the last name, and 0 records appear. I tried many names, phone numbers, etc and tried the advanced search with the same result. I generate reports and the names are there. Please advise, I'm sorting of dead in the water. Thank you! |

I would like to be able to pull a list of clients who have visited us within specific dates that includes phone numbers and addresses.
Is that a report? |
