At Risk Assessment 10/14/2009 4:48:56 PM   (Total replies: 1)
The new choices for client's intentions are unknown, abortion, intends to carry and undecided. Is there a way to know if the client is planning on parenting or placing for adoption? Is that in another section now?

Thanks Brian. I see that which will tell us what the client's initial intentions are. What if she changes her mind and chooses adoption after guidance?

Appointment reminder texting 4/29/2008 10:46:31 AM   (Total replies: 1)
During a brainstorming session, we decided that sending text messages to our clients to remind them of appointments (esp. sonos) may be the best way to reach our clients. Does eKyros have a way to help us with this or do you know of a center already doing this? Is this something that e-Kyros can help with at some point?

Statistic report on How client heard about us 7/30/2007 10:22:45 AM   (Total replies: 1)
Is there a way to combine the search for how a client heard about us and what her intention for the pregnancy is? We are wanting to track how our abortion minded clients are finding out about us. Thanks, Laura

Hey Sarah! That's what I thought. Lisa Freeman would really like to be able to track this information more closely. We are having more abortion minded clients coming in and we would like to see how they are finding out about us so that we can decide where to put our advertising dollars. Could y'all please see what y'all can do to make that happen? I'm doing well. Hope you are also. :)

Changed abortion view 5/3/2006 11:31:03 AM   (Total replies: 1)
It appears that the changed abortion view on the statistics is still based on the Pregnancy Test form. So, even though the client's intention has been changed on the case page, it still doesn't count as a changed view until it is changed on the Pregnancy Test form. Is there anyway to have the changed abortion view statistic based off of the case page?(the client's intention at last contact) Thanks, Laura

Duplicate client on changed abortion view statistics. 5/5/2005 4:29:10 PM   (Total replies: 1)
In our April statistics, we have a client listed twice on the changed abortion view statistics. It is file #10471, same file # for both listings. Could you please check and let me know why that happened? Thanks, Laura

Re: Staff Management 12/28/2004 2:28:45 PM   (Total replies: 1)
Hi Brian, We were also wondering about deleting staff/volunteer names. The drop down for staff/volunteer names is getting long and a lot of those people are not currently involved in the center. I understand the problem about deleting them, but would it be possible to make them inactive so that they don't appear on the drop down list? Thanks, Laura

Re: first day of your last period 11/10/2004 10:15:02 AM   (Total replies: 1)
Hi Brian, Most of our clients can tell us an approximate date of their last period, at least close enough for us to guess. But, we do have some client that have no idea when their last period was or how long they have been pregnant. I have had some that think that they just got pregnant and they are actually 4 or 5 months. I now do sonograms on any client that needs medicaid and doesn't know when her last period was. This would probably cover all of the clients that don't know about ...

Hi again, Most of the clients will have a due date from the sono. Can the due date from the sono take the place the place of the LMP due date when we don't have an LMP date? But, the "Test Outcome Follow-up Date" could work.
