| I want to encourage every Director or Nurse Manager who is discouraged by your Center's statistics to go to the PRC statistics tab on this site and look at the nationwide numbers. Keep your eyes off the percentages. They are what they are. But notice the 4,000 plus women who changed their mind about abortion in 2006. We often say if we can change just one, its all worth it. How about 4,000? It's all worth it!!!! Keep up the good work, Ekyros!! YOU ROCK!! And keep your heads up, ED's and ... |

| Ok, I have studied the User Guide and I have analyzed my statistices to death! =) could you please clear something up for me? In order to get accurate statistics, EVERY client should have concepts shared entered if any type of education or counseling occured, right? I can't seem to get my statistics to say we did any parenting education at all, and lately thats most of what we do. So, I am obviously doing something wrong. Also, I'm confused about when to use group classes and when to use ... |

| Hi, everyone! Still loving this program! Can't say enough good things! I was wondering if you can offer some good advice for a regular QA routine for Clients. I have two or three volunteers who have been trained to enter client information, (which was a GREAT suggestion from Carly, thank you!). But errors happen (usually mine), and it is always a good idea to double check. SO! Are there some simple steps to take that will make it easier than just going through a client visit report. ... |

| Happy New Year!!
We are moving from a one-on-one format to a class format for some of our parenting classes. So when I set up a class, is it going to show on the resource free/busy section, so that someone won't schedule an appointment in the same room as a class? If not, is there a way I can set up my resources to show that there is a class going on weekly in that room?

donor activity

| I am working on my donor files, trying to cut down my newletter list. So I started weeding out inactive donors by going through and un-checking the "active" box on those who are not active donors. But when I try to look at a report of "all" donors, it will not report the inactive donors, even though I have not asked it to filter that out. HELP!! |

| Sorry. The report is under "Reports", and the one I am looking at is "Donor Files" . When I leave everything at "all" including activity, the report still doesn't show any of the files that I recently marked as inactive. |

batch receipt form

| I was wondering if there is a way for me to change the address template on our batch receipt form. Or is that something you have to do?
If not, could you please correct a typo on ours. The Address reads "Norma, OK" and it should be "Norman, OK" Also, a small thing, but Care Net is two words. Thank you! Still loving this!!!!

searching for a donor organization

| You have probably gotten this question before. But, when we receive a donation from a church, it is hard to log that donation. When you do a search, you have to know the pastor's or contact person's name at the church. I had the same problem with my old software. Why is it listed by the organizations name, yet under the alphabetical title of the contact person. Is this something that is able to be remedied? |
