Case Visit Statistics

| Is there a report or statistic that allows us to group who accompanies clients to their visit? For example, we'd love to know how many boyfriends vs moms vs friends are coming with patients for their pregnancy tests. We'd also like to know how many boyfriends vs friends, etc are coming to the clients' support classes. It asks this question on the case visit, but I can't find a report to run. We'd like to be able to run this. |

| The bubble with portal replies doesn't show up on an iphone screen. I read through this forum, and I understand why it's not really a goal to have an app, but having notifications that there's a portal message would be a great feature (if there were an app). In the meantime, making that bubble clearly visible at logon would be very useful! |

| That would be a great solution! Yes, when I login to centerpiece on my computer, what looks like a "bubble" to my 42 year old eyes with the number of new messages inside it (or beside it, I can't remember) shows up beside my name on the right side of the screen. On the mobile version, the "bubble" doesn't show up. I have to actually navigate to the portal page, and click to show new messages only. If centerpiece isn't going to create an app, having the "bubble" more visible, indicating a new ... |

| The bubble is not on my iphone screen when I log on even though I have a new message. I tried it just now. I can send a screen shot if you'd like. I can see it on the desktop site, but I cannot see it on the mobile site.
(Also the original post was asking for an iphone app, so that's what I was referring to by centerpiece app) |

| Is there a way to find all the client files that have no cases attached? I'd like to delete client files that never showed up for their appointment, but I haven't found a way to search for those. |

| Thank you, Maggie. From a HIPAA standpoint, or otherwise, is it recommended to keep patient files that have been created, even if there is no case attached? I was thinking from a storage standpoint that I might delete our files for people who scheduled but never actually came in and became patients. |

| Is there a way to search for clients by how many weeks pregnant? Like if we wanted to advertise a class or a service to those in their first trimester, is there a way to filter search results to all clients between 6-14 weeks pregnant? |
