Multi-site Centers and PlusLink

When we log into the Scheduler from any location, will the Scheduler show ALL pending appointments from OptionLine - regardless of which location is receiving the appointment? Or, will it show only the pending appointments for the location that's currently selected in CenterPiece?
Here's the background info: my co-worker logged into the Scheduler this morning from our satellite office. There was a pending appointment from OptionLine. But the appointment was for 2:30, and our satellite office is closed in the afternoons. So we booked the appointment at the main office (which is open in the afternoons), and everything is fine. But my co-worker was a little confused to see the pending appointment displayed at a location which is closed in the afternoons. I'm hoping to get some clarification for her. We're still new to PlusLink.
Any insight? |

Hi AllisonS,
The list of pending appointments from OptionLine displays appointments for ALL locations. That way you don't miss any appointments when they come down from OptionLine. I believe the list also displays the location name associated to the appointment. Hope that helps! |
