Beta Test Welcome Letter

For a limited time, we are accepting interested candidates to help us test browser compatibility in CenterPiece from FireFox, Chrome and/or Safari browsers on both PC and Mac platforms. Candidates must have strong expertise in CenterPiece and also be familiar with PC and/or Mac operating environment. If your center is interested please contact your account manager for enrollment @ 469-293-3079.
Participant Program Responsibilities:
As part of the beta program we ask your center to abide by the following guidelines:
• Primary contact: We ask that you designate 1 person to be the primary contact to report issues and /or bugs.
• Primary Contact Experience: This person must be an experienced user on either the Mac or PC platforms (or both). If testing on Mac, they must have Mac OSX experience and be familiar with navigating the operating system and using Microsoft Office on Mac. If testing on Windows, they must have Windows experience and be familiar with navigating the operating system and using Microsoft Office.
• Bug Reporting: The primary contact will be responsible for documenting and submitting bugs to eKYROS as they are found. Please post the bugs you find to this forum.
• Documenting Bugs: When posting bugs to this forum, please be sure to provide a clear description of the problem including steps to reproduce the issue.
• Known Issues: It is the primary contact’s responsibility to review the “Know Issues” list (also posted in this forum) to ensure duplicate issues are not reported as bugs.
• Production Data: Please note although this is a beta to test browser compatibility, you are logging into and using your production database. THIS IS NOT TEST DATA!
Mac Platform Support:
• Support for Mac specific features related to the Mac operating system (OSX), Microsoft Office for Mac, or any other Mac applications is outside the scope of eKYROS's support offerings. It is each center's responsibility to train their personnel on the Mac platform and related applications.
• Currently only the latest version of each browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) are supported on Mac. Opera is not supported at this time.
• Currently only Microsoft Mac Office 11 is supported on Mac. Mac Office 11 is required for exporting reports from CenterPiece. Again, it is outside the scope of eKYROS’s support offerings to train users on Mac Office specific features (e.g. mail merge or print preview).
