Is there some way that non-client items can show on the home page of a staff memeber without entering it as a follow up? I am having to double enter things like tours, once in the calendar and once in staff follow-up. Doesn't really make sense if they are assigned to a specific employee. Just wondering.

Hi Atiller,
If you are entering the item (tour) in the scheduler as an appointment and assigning to the staff/volunteer it will show up on their Office page under "My Appointments." The staff/volunteer has to have a user id to login to CenterPiece, but again once they login it will show on their office page under My Appointments, above My Follow-Ups. Does that make sense? Do I understand your question correctly?

It hasn't been working that way. When I enter the item (tour for example) and uncheck the client scheduled appointment box. I then assign it to a staff member. For some reason it doesn't show up in our office page. Clients show up there. Follow-ups show up there, but non-client items that have been assigned to a staff member do not show up. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Sure it must be operator error. It seems logical that if it is assigned to someone it should show up on their Office page, that's why we're confused.

Hi Atiller,
The Staff/Volunteer field is auto-complete so as you start to type the last name the options will show up. IF you have duplicate staff records (for a single person) this may be causing the issue. For example if Jane Doe File ID 1234 is assigned to the user ID and you are using Jane Doe File ID 5678 when assigning the staff/volunteer in the scheduler it is assigning to another file which is NOT assigned to the user ID, so it wouldn't show up. You may want to check your staff management tab and ensure there are no duplicates for the staff member who is experiencing this issue. I tested this in our demo room and it is howing up correctly.
