Scheduler

| Hi, I understand that with the new scheduler that you are not required to link a client to an appointment until check-in (I think), but is it possible to link an appointment to a client when scheduling or do you always have to type the client name into the subject field? |

| Yes, the Subject field is required. For client appointments it's best to put the client's name in the subject field. Then, during check-in you are only required to link to the client file if the status is "Show". If the client is a "No-show" you do not have to create a file and link. I hope that helps. |
