seeing multiple appointments for one client on same day

| When we check in a client for an appt, we want to easily see if they are scheduled for some other assistance on the same day. Is there a way to do this? For example, if they have an appt for a PT and another appt for an ultrasound, how can we see that all on in the same window? |

Denise-
Can you clarify what it is you are asking? You can see all appointments for the same day by clicking into appointment book. You also can go into the client's specific file, click on "Activity" and see all activity including upcoming appointments that have been scheduled. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
