1.Donor Management Report Summaries

Hi Brian,

Sorry looks as if you and I will be getting well known over the next few weeks :)

I am wanting to run a report with a total giving for a specific time. I can only see where when I run the report I get a list of everyone's name, address, giving and so on but no total at the end. I would like just a summary with the total giving i.e. When I enter a weeks worth of giving I would like just a summary of the total amount and what events its tied to, to ...

Hi Brian,

I need a break down by date not month. Say I enter donations 4-1 thru 4-8 then I do a deposit on 4-8 what I would like to do is go into the summary and put in those dates and get the total to make sure that it adds up to my QB deposit. It's just another way of tracking to make sure that everything that came in was added into here and not skipped over and just added into the QB deposit.

The way we enter donations thru our center is the first time ...

Happy New Year! Hope all is well.


On the pledge reminders it looks as if they only will print once they are "past due" what I was hoping for was a reminder I could send out like a week prior to the due date so they get their plede in on time not after the date. Is there anyway to do this? I hate to be such a pest.

While I am on the subject of requestsSmileyany chance you can move the name and address on the receipts and pledges in about 1/2 an inch so they fit correctly inside a window envelope?

Any time frame on the pledge reminder fix? I am in a real hurry ( as I am sure everyone is that requests fixes) sorry.

Hi Brian,

Ok I guess what I was asking for originally was a form letter that went out for pledges and it looks like all i get in pledge reminders is the names of people who owe and from there we would have to create a pledge reminder in word so that really defeats the purpose as I already had a program that i could enter the name and pledge amount and then once a month push a couple of buttons and a reminder would print. I was hoping for something like the receipts only for ...

Hi Brian,

Thanks for all the hard work on the Donor end of CenterPiece! One question when I want to enter a donation for today that I received today it wont take it, it comes back telling me "Invalid Date. The date of donation must be less than or equal to todays date" Why cant I have todays date as the date of donation? Thanks Tracy

Hi Brian,

I know we already talked about pledge reminders in the update for donor management but I want to specify what it is I am needing.

Is there a way you can have a drop down box that would allow me to specify what the pledge is for i.e walk, banquet, monthly? As I have donors pledging in all those areas.

Also for the walk aspect is there a way that you can do a letter or attach the walkers name along with the pledge reminder ...

Hi Brian,

We do re-tests on some clients if say within a week they still have not started their period. And that is not an option on the list of reasons for visit. On the inital visit we gather all the info so its already in their form here. I am wondering if there is a way you can have a retest option with out all the questions? Or at least just the re-test option so that when I do reports they arent all showing like first time tests.

Hi Brian and Carlye,

Under check in for appointments you have the options unknown, show and no show I am wondering if you can add cancelled to that.

The reason being we do our classes one on one and if the girl doesn't call and doesn't show for 2 weeks in a row she loses her time slot. So I can track easier who actually called to "cancel" versus who was a "no show"/no call.

Hi Brian,

I was just looking at the donor stats report and I am wondering is there a way on the drill down where you have "event" and "type" can you also break that down by "church"? so that
I can see for example ...Event= baby bottles and Church= (church name) and then totals.

Sorry do be such a pain...:)

Hi Brian,

My ED would like a list of the top 100 donors is this possible. I am not seeing how to do that on a report without having to actually just add them up and see who wins? :)

If it's not something that the software does ..... could do in the next update?

Hi Brian,

When I try to access the activity forms in the client management it says add new form and when I click that it takes me to a page that says I don't have authorization to view that page.
How do I add activities for my clients?

Help!

I have just now gotten into entering info in the client part of centerpiece. We do classes 1 on 1 on a weekly basis and I am not seeing how I can enter these on an ongoing basis....am I just missing it or is that not an option? I see how you have yours set to how many weeks a class is. We can be working on different subjects and there is no end for us untill a client decides she no longer wants to utilize the class.

Also as I am starting new for this year ...

Hi Brian,

Noticed some changes on donor software. Why when you add a new file does it have to close all the way out and you have to go look it up again to add the donation portion? I see there are 2 buttons but even when I just click save it brings up the search page all over.

Also when entering a donor you have the option of female or male but not couple, many of our donors are married and both are active participants not one more than the other, anyway couple ...

Hi Brian,

I know that you have a "description" area under type of transaction what I am wondering is can you put an area for check/cash so that if it's a check transaction I can put the check # or if its cash I can put cash. I use the description area to break down the event i.e event being Banquet description being annual pledge, 90 day pledge, one time gift....and so on for each event we have. I would really appreciate any help as it helps me quickly identify ...
