1.Inventory

IRS requires us to keep a record of donations and dispersals. Each item that comes into our center must be counted and each item that is given to a client must be counted. Is there an easy way to keep a running total of each category of our inventory? We have main categories such as Baby Beds, Baby Clothes, Diapers, Maternity Clothes, Food, etc.

Records in My Follow Up require a due date. Is it possible to keep a list of clients who are not pregnant? We would like to be able to flag a date for closing files of all clients, even ones who are not pregnant.

5.Closing Client Files

Is it possible to close client files so the information will not show on reports? We have been closing old accounts for clients who come in for new pregnancy tests. We then gave the client a new client number. This keeps our volunteer correspondence up-dated with current clients.
