Question: Did you pray for client?

Can we add this question to the intinal visit?

Hello Brianp,

On our intake, we ask four questions that pertain to the spirituality of a client. We ask the following questions:

Did you pray for the client?
Did you share the gospel?
Did present the plan of salvation?
Did the client make a profession of faith?

The question that ekyros ask is did you pray for your client to receive salvation?

Not all of our clients are saved but several are already ...
