1.donor screen
Posted by davidlindley on 10/4/2005 8:32:37 AM
When I am entering a new donation and hit save a grey pledge screen then comes up on the right hand side of the page. When I then save and close it has created a second donation entry, so I have to go back and open one of them and delete the entry. This started yesterday, it did not happen the first entry today, but has now on the second. Any suggestions. When I hit save & close it does not happen.
Thank you

Brian, Under reports in donor management, select donations Report Donations List
The smallest breakdown is by month. The ideal would be to break this down further by date range. I want to look at only what data I enter on August 9 since we have a deposit of 200 checks for example.
Thank you David
