1.Re: Stats
Posted by amandainwaco on 2/2/2005 1:30:26 PM
I see what you're saying. My question is really why a client would appear on the drilldown list of "unknown" when looking at stats on marital status through clients served when specific info has already been entered with the "general" form. As I was trying to go through and correct some of the "unknowns" from that drilldown list, I found that a lot of them weren't entered as unknown, but rather a specific marital status had been chosen (single, married, ...

The dates of activity are too numerous to count. There were like 2,600 clients with an unknown marital status. I know that a large percent of the unknowns were pulled from no-show appointments, but many weren't. As far as I know, there is no other way for us to enter demographic data than the general form, right? The only reason I am concerned is because I don't know how accurate these stats are, and we are trying to get together our year-end stats for 04.
3.Sonogram Page

Question:

I'm entering a visit on the songram & dn't have a due date at the moment to enter. Out beside where I can enter a due date it says, "Leave blank if due date was inconclusive."
I left it blank and when I tried to save the page, it came up as an error.

Is there any way to add a resource on the resource page with out it having to be in alphabetical order? It's not a huge deal...just wondering. Thanks!

5.Follow-Ups

Our male counselor was wanting to view his "Completed" Follow-Ups. They didn't show up under his "current" Follow-Ups. How should we go about finding them.

Hey Brian,

Our system is being finicky today. For example:
The pull down calendar will not come down when I click on it. On the Concept Shared page, I'm not able to pull down the lists. When I save a visit it sometimes saves it multiple times.
And, when I save a visit it will sometimes go to a blank page, instead of going back to the activity page.

Thanks,

7.Schedule Planning Question
Posted by AmandaInWaco on 6/17/2004 11:16:58 AM
For Example:

We are planning for a workshop Friday July 23rd and we won't be scheduling any Pregnancy Test appointments for that day. When this would happen with our older system, it would give us the option to block off any appointments we didn't want scheduled for that specific day OR to block off ALL appointments permanently for every day preceeding and following.

Is there an option in ekyros to block off appointments for a specific day?
8.Adding new appt.

Is there a faster way to change the day on the Resource page, rather than clicking the right or left arrows? Thanks!

Amanda
9.Re: Adding new appt.

I would like to be able to skip over days. For example:

We had a client come in today (18th) and needs to schedule her next appointment on the 30th. This is common for pregnancy support clients. So I have to click on the right arrow about 12 times to reach the 30th. If there is a way to jump over days, please let me know. Just so that we can schedule the appt. in a timely manner and not have to make the client wait so long.

Thanks,
Amanda
10.Re: update release?

Brian,

This is Amanda from Waco. I have read your response to Kelly's question. We have three other specific "visits" besides our Pregnancy Test visits. Sexual Integrity/STD Results visit, Pregnancy Support Visit, and a Layette Visit. Kelly needs an end of the month count of how many visits in each category we see. The conflict with putting them in the Correspondance category is, that on statistics, it shows the visit as Correspondance and not, for example, ...
